Terms of service

These terms govern the use of NDT Intact, a service run by [tên đơn vị vận hành] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using NDT Intact, you accept them for yourself and for the organisation you create or join.

1. The service

NDT Intact lets inspection companies write, sign and issue inspection reports, keep registers of equipment and personnel, store files, and deliver reports to their clients through a client portal.

2. Accounts and organisations

• Give accurate details, and keep your password and second sign-in factor to yourself.
• Work happens inside an organisation. Its owners decide who joins it, with which roles, and which of its clients get portal access.
• People and records that issued reports refer to are deactivated rather than deleted, so that the record stays complete.

3. Your content

• Reports, files, registers and other data your organisation puts into NDT Intact belong to your organisation. You allow us to store, process and show them only to provide the service to you.
• You are responsible for what you enter and for having the right to upload it.
• Issued reports cannot be changed: a correction is a new revision, and a report issued in error is withdrawn with a reason. This is what makes a report verifiable.

4. Professional responsibility

NDT Intact flags possible contradictions before a report is issued. It never decides a result or a disposition, and it ships no acceptance criteria from any standard. Responsibility for the inspection, its results and the report stays with your organisation and its qualified personnel.

5. AI features

AI features are off until an owner of your organisation switches them on. While they are on, the documents and text you choose are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to produce drafts. A draft is used only once a person has confirmed it; check it as you would any draft.

6. Client users

You may invite your clients to your portal at no charge. You are responsible for whom you invite and for what you share with them.

7. Plans and payment

• Paid plans are sold through Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, under Paddle's own terms of purchase. Paddle takes the payment, charges any tax due and issues the invoice.
• A plan renews automatically for the period chosen until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your billing settings; the plan then runs to the end of the period paid for.
• The limits of each plan (staff seats, reports a month, storage) are shown on the pricing page and in the application.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use NDT Intact to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to try to reach another organisation's data, to disrupt the service, or to upload malicious software.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep NDT Intact available and your data safe, but we cannot promise an uninterrupted service. We may change features, and we will tell you in advance of a change that reduces what your plan includes.

10. Ending use

You may stop using NDT Intact at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where that is possible. On request we provide an export of your organisation's data.

11. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

12. Changes to these terms

We announce material changes to these terms at least 30 days before they take effect.

13. Governing law

The law that governs these terms, and the courts for disputes, will be named here before these terms come into force.
