Prices are shown before tax. Our online reseller Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all orders: Paddle takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT due, and issues the invoice.
Questions
- Who pays for client logins?
- Nobody. Logins for your clients are free and unlimited on every plan, and never count as seats.
- What counts as a seat?
- Every active member of your staff, and every invitation to join that has not been answered yet. A member who leaves is deactivated, which frees the seat at once.
- I work alone. What do I need?
- The free plan. When you need more seats, turn your organisation into a company from its settings and choose a plan.
- Can we cancel?
- Yes, at any time, from your billing settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
