Refund policy
Purchases of NDT Intact are made through Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which also pays out refunds.
- First payment: if you are not satisfied, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan and it will be refunded in full.
- Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time in your billing settings; your plan then runs to the end of the period paid for.
- Your statutory rights: where the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw from the purchase or to a refund, that right applies as well.
