Refund policy

Purchases of NDT Intact are made through Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, which also pays out refunds.

• First payment: if you are not satisfied, ask within 14 days of your first payment for a paid plan and it will be refunded in full.
• Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time in your billing settings; your plan then runs to the end of the period paid for.
• Your statutory rights: where the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw from the purchase or to a refund, that right applies as well.

To ask for a refund, write to [ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಇಮೇಲ್ ವಿಳಾಸ], or reply to your receipt from Paddle. The money goes back to the payment method you used.
